As an accredited member of the United Kingdom Counsel for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Metanoia Institute, I adhere to their codes of professional practice and ethical guidelines.

Alongside my Psychotherapy & Coaching Practice I offer trainings & Workshops.

I am a Mental Health & Wellbeing Consultant working in the Arts, Television, Film & Theatre.
