Training & Workshops
I train psychotherapists, coaches, and wellbeing professionals in integrative psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, movement and expressive arts, and embodied approaches to coaching and therapeutic work. Trainings are delivered online and in person throughout the UK.
My teaching career spans more than two decades, beginning in dance and movement education before moving into psychotherapy training. I have taught, supervised, and assessed students at leading institutions including Metanoia Institute, The Minster Centre, Middlesex University, Regent’s University, Royal Holloway, and Matrix College.
Alongside professional trainings, I facilitate workshops in movement, breathwork, expressive arts, wellbeing, and nervous system regulation for therapeutic communities, retreat centres, and creative organisations; The Falcon ; Devon Yoga Camp. As well as speaking and offering a number of workshops at the UK Association for Psychotherapy Integration Conferences (UKAPI) and Silver Bell Global Retreats. I am clinical & ethical director of Tamalpa – UK – Movement & Expressive Arts Training & a member of the teaching & supervising faculty. I am passionate about creating thoughtful, non-judgemental learning environments where curiosity, confidence, personal and professional growth can flourish.
In my capacity as a Mental Health & Wellbeing Consultant, I also work with production companies and creative teams, supporting resilience, psychological wellbeing, and trauma-informed working cultures where both people and creativity can thrive.
