My earlier career as a professional dancer, actor and choreographer included television, film, commercials, musical theatre and West End productions. This first-hand industry experience enables me to understand rehearsal and production pressures, demanding material, embodied performance and the particular vulnerabilities faced by performers and creative teams.

My integrated clinical, coaching, movement and performance background helps teams respond sensitively to challenging content, communicate constructively under pressure, reduce the impact of stress and burnout, and sustain wellbeing throughout development, rehearsal, filming, performance and post-production.

I also bring extensive experience in organisational consultancy, workshop facilitation, supervision and public speaking on trauma-informed practice, mental health, wellbeing and somatic movement.
