Psychotherapy
I offer a space where what's unspoken can finally be met - confidential support for individuals and groups, trauma-informed and grounded in the body as well as the mind.
As a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist, Advanced Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Consultant, Clinical Supervisor and Coach, I work with what's held beneath the surface, supporting resilience, regulation and a genuine sense of safety. Short term focused & long-term contracts for psychotherapy & coaching sessions both online & in person.
As an integrative psychotherapist I draw on a number of different theories & practices. This allows for a more individual way of working to suit each individual client.
What to
expect
I provide psychotherapy, coaching, supervision & mentoring for individuals & groups in person, by phone & online, throughout the UK, Europe & USA.
I offer a short introductory call to set up an initial assessment. The assessment will be for an hour (60 mins) & provides you with the opportunity to share, ask any questions & for us to discuss your desired outcome from our work together & formulate a working contract. Ongoing sessions for psychotherapy or supervision are 50 minutes duration, coaching & mentoring are 60-75 minutes, groups vary depending on the number of participants.
Sessions are confidential & I adhere to the code of ethics & practice of the UKCP. I have regular supervision of my work & practice.
I have a two full working day cancelation policy, if you miss a session without notice, you will be expected to pay.
